Return Policy
We have a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, please email us at info@soul-happy.com BEFORE you return the item. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns are accepted and declined at our discretion.
To complete your return, we require your order number or proof of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for all returns.
Non-Refundable items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and are final sale. All earrings are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange due to hygenic reasons. All hair accessories are also final sale and not eligible for return or exchange due to hygenic reasons.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the returned item(s) is/are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5-7 days depending upon your banking institution.
